Tuaropaki Trust

Welcome to this website, Naumai ki tenei Wharangi Ipurangi

Tuaropaki is the result of a 1952 amalgamation of lands owned by members of the seven Mokai hapu – Ngati Parekaawa, Ngati Te Kohera, Ngati Wairangi, Ngati Whaita, Ngati Moekino, Ngati Haa and Ngati Tarakaiahi. These hapu have tribal affiliation to both Ngati Tuwharetoa and Ngati Raukawa.

In 1979 administration of the land was vested in owner trustees to administer the Tuaropaki lands to best advantage of the beneficial owners.

We invite you to learn a summarised version of our history and business activities and successes resulting from 25 years of governance and vision.
